Your agreement with MagnoliaLex LLC

SavaPlate and savaplate.com are provided by MagnoliaLex LLC. By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age required in your country, and have the legal ability to accept these Terms. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement yourself, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. These Terms do not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Using SavaPlate

You may use SavaPlate for lawful personal or business recipe-management purposes. You are responsible for your device, account access, submitted content, and compliance with laws and third-party rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant SavaPlate a limited license to host, copy, process, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the features you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.

For recipes you submit from public sources, you also permit SavaPlate, to the extent of the rights you can grant, to save and reuse recipe facts and rewritten instructions with source attribution in its shared catalog and discovery features. This does not transfer ownership of third-party material, authorize copying protected photos or prose, or publish your private photos and personal notes. We may retain shared public-source content and anonymous popularity counts after your account is deleted.

Featuring a community dish photo requires your separate per-photo agreement; acceptance of these Terms, online AI processing, or an ordinary social post alone does not grant that permission. You must own the photo and have permission for everything shown. You retain ownership and grant a non-exclusive license to store, crop, resize and display the selected photo with its recipe in SavaPlate, including recipe packs. This excludes advertising and AI model training. Withdrawal stops future use by SavaPlate; copies already downloaded or exported by other users with a recipe are not recalled. Do not submit third-party images, private information, faces, or objectionable content. Photos are reviewed before publication and can be reported or hidden by other users.

A photo first selected and published by SavaPlate earns 50 photo bonus Points, with no subscription multiplier, up to three rewarded photos per user per calendar month (UTC). Submission or opting in alone earns no Points and selection is not guaranteed. A photo that exceeds the reward cap stays pending rather than being published without its bonus. Legitimately earned bonuses remain after withdrawal. Photo bonus Points do not expire and are kept in a separate online balance for recipe packs priced at 400 or 600 Points; they cannot be combined with cooking and sharing Points. Redemption requires a connection and is saved for reinstalling the pack. No external endorsement, positive review, App Store rating, or subscription purchase is required.

Online imports, adaptations, video analysis, speech on supported platforms, community photo uploads and delivery, and searches share plan-specific monthly processing limits. Request complexity affects how quickly the allowance is used. When a limit is reached, online processing pauses until reset; saved recipes and iPhone narration remain available. Service-wide spending and abuse safeguards may also temporarily pause online processing.

AI results and cooking safety

AI-generated extractions, substitutions, times, temperatures, nutrition-related suggestions, and other results may be incomplete or incorrect. Review recipes before cooking. You are responsible for food safety, allergy checks, dietary decisions, appliance use, and verifying that food is cooked to a safe temperature. SavaPlate is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

Subscriptions and introductory offers

Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google through RevenueCat. The price, billing period, and any introductory offer shown in the purchase screen apply to that transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your app-store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Eligibility for free trials and introductory pricing is determined by the applicable store. Deleting SavaPlate does not cancel a subscription.

Payment is charged to your app-store account when you confirm the purchase. Any trial converts to the disclosed paid subscription unless you cancel before its deadline. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting your SavaPlate account does not cancel billing. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store rules and any mandatory consumer rights; contact the store or our support team for help. We do not promise that every feature or offer is available on every platform or in every region.

Apple and Google platform terms

For an iOS copy of SavaPlate, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless a separate custom agreement is presented in the App Store. These Terms govern the SavaPlate service in addition to that license and do not reduce rights under the applicable Apple agreement. The standard agreement is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Apple and Google are not the providers of the SavaPlate service and are not responsible for our support obligations. Store purchases and use of the relevant platform remain subject to that platform’s terms. Android availability is planned for a later release.

Points and recipe packs

In-app Points are promotional, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or discontinued where allowed by law. Recipe packs unlocked with Points or a non-consumable in-app purchase are licensed for use inside SavaPlate and may be restored subject to account and store availability.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, or platform rules.
• Do not attempt to bypass subscriptions, quotas, access controls, or security measures.
• Do not disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected portions, or use the service to distribute malware or harmful content.

SavaPlate materials

The app, brand, design, software, and bundled materials are owned by or licensed to SavaPlate and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service operation. You may stop using the app at any time and can delete your account from Settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavaPlate is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavaPlate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to admin@savaplate.com.
